Membership
Swekshadaan Foundation is a non-profit organization working for social welfare, civic awareness, environmental protection, and public interest causes. Individuals who believe in the vision and objectives of the Foundation are welcome to join under the following categories and terms.
Categories of Membership
General Member
Eligibility: Any individual above 18 years of age who supports the objectives of Swekshadaan Foundation.
Membership Fee:
- Annual Membership Fee:Rs.1,000 (Rupees One Thousand only)
- Membership is valid for one year and must be renewed annually.
Benefits & Privileges:
- Member's name will be listed on the official website of Swekshadaan Foundation.
- Right to participate in Foundation activities, meetings, social campaigns, and events.
- Receive updates, notices, and information regarding Foundation programs.
- Opportunity to volunteer in social, legal, environmental, and community initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Abide by the rules, regulations, and decisions of the Foundation.
- Maintain dignity, discipline, and ethical conduct while representing the Foundation.
- Membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Office Bearer
Eligibility: A committed and active member who is willing to take leadership responsibility and contribute actively to the growth and functioning of the Foundation.
Membership Fee:
- Annual Office Bearer Fee:Rs.10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only).
- Valid for one year, subject to annual renewal and performance review.
Additional Requirement:
Each Office Bearer must enroll at least 50 new General Members within one year.Benefits & Privileges:
- Office Bearer's name, photograph, and designation will be displayed on the official website of Swekshadaan Foundation.
- Authorization to represent the Foundation in assigned activities, meetings, and programs.
- Leadership role in planning, coordinating, and implementing Foundation initiatives.
- Recognition for contribution, dedication, and service to society.
Responsibilities:
- Actively work for the objectives, reputation, and expansion of the Foundation.
- Maintain transparency, honesty, and accountability in all activities.
- Ensure timely enrollment of 50 members every year.
- Failure to meet membership targets or violation of rules may result in removal from the Office Bearer position, at the discretion of the Foundation.
General Rules Applicable to All Members
- Membership is granted at the discretion of Swekshadaan Foundation.
- The Foundation reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or cancel any membership without assigning a reason.
- Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Members shall not misuse the name, logo, or platform of Swekshadaan Foundation for personal, political, or commercial gain.
- Any act damaging the reputation or interests of the Foundation may lead to immediate termination of membership.
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction decided by the Foundation management.
Amendment of Terms
Swekshadaan Foundation reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Membership Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms shall be applicable to all existing and future members.
Acceptance of Terms
By applying for membership and making the prescribed payment, the applicant agrees to abide by all the rules, regulations, and decisions of Swekshadaan Foundation.
